Take a couple of minutes to renew for the whole year

Medicaid, Partnership in Care (PIC), Enhanced (HARP), Child Health Plus, and Essential Plan members will have to renew their plans starting June 30, 2023.

Do these two steps today for your upcoming renewal to make sure you don’t go a day without your health insurance.

STEP ONE

Review contact information

Stay up to date with your upcoming renewal. Make sure we have your current contact information.

Make sure your address, phone number, and email address are up to date. Our Customer Success Team will assist you with updating your information with the New York State of Health.

STEP TWO

Gather documents

Gather all the documents you need and keep them in a safe place. You will need:

  • Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants who need health insurance)

  • Birth dates

  • Employer income for everyone in your family

  • Policy numbers for all current health insurance

  • Information about any job related health insurance available for your family
