GREAT NEWS! The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 makes additional financial assistance, called an Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC), available to people who enroll through the NY State of Health, the state’s health plan marketplace.
- Tax credits are available to people with higher incomes for the first time, and People who are unemployed for one week or more in 2021 are now eligible for significant tax credits.
