Renewal Information

If you are a Medicaid, Child Health Plus (CHP), Essential Plan (EP) or Qualified Health Plan (QHP) member, and have enrolled using the NY State of Health website, you will receive a letter and an email (if you provided an email address) letting you know when and how to renew your coverage.

 

For Medicaid members who have enrolled through HRA:

If your Medicaid Coverage is through New York City HRA, you will be receiving a package containing renewal paperwork that needs to be completed and returned to them by the “Respond By” date. Contact us at 1.212.908.3300 for help and information.

 

For Medicaid, Child Health Plus (CHP), Essential Plan (EP) and Marketplace (QHP) members who have enrolled through the NY State of Health Marketplace:

If you enrolled via the NY State of Health Marketplace for any of the plans listed above, you will be receiving a letter from the NY State of Health explaining the next steps for renewing your coverage.
