Remembering William Donnell Porter: A Day of Safety and Remembrance
12-year-old William ‘Donnell’ Porter was abducted off the streets of Harlem on his way to school on December 5, 1989. His body was found 7 weeks and 5 days later, by a homeless man on a bike path in the Bronx near City Island.
Join us for a candlelight vigil and plaque reveal, as we remember William, and advocate for the safety of our children.
