Diversity of care. MetroPlusHealth offers literally dozens of comprehensive health plans, from Medicaid- and Medicare-eligible to NY State of Health-compliant. No matter who you are, how old/young you are, or what you need, we have a plan for you.
Diversity of service. MetroPlusHealth doesn’t just cover its members when they’re ill or injured. We believe in keeping them healthy, too. We have a strong focus on primary and preventive care, and our robust network of doctors and specialists includes independent community-based providers and offices devoted to educating you and your family about healthy living, the latest news in prevention, and care for chronic conditions. Staff Diversity. When it comes to our members, we’re constantly on call. You can always contact us via our website. The MetroPlus Member Services phone line is available in 13 languages, and we can arrange for an interpreter to help with many others. All told, our culturally sensitive staff is fluent in more than 40 tongues.
