I find MetroPlusHealth to be very accommodating in their approach to patients. Their representatives are always attentive to my questions and answer my questions to the best of their ability. I never hang up the phone with any gray areas as my questions are answered fully by the end of my call. I am very pleased with their level of professionalism and great customer service.
